It’s finally warm and sunny in New England, and that makes me crave my long lost friend since going dairy free: the iced mocha. Being dairy and soy free makes a trip to my local Starbucks painful, but this ice mocha recipe is quick and about three dollars cheaper!
2 cups of ice
2 tablespoons cocoa or dairy free chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons sugar or agave syrup
1 1/2 cups of almond milk
about two cups of HOT coffee
Put all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth, or slightly icy if you desire. Makes one large iced mocha. Delish!
