A few years back I started a short lived tradition of sharing five things that I was currently loving, but I decided to focus my energy on developing recipes instead. Someone recently emailed asking if I would share more lists like this, so I've decided to give it another try. If you like these favorites, or prefer to see more of something else, let me know in the comments!
Without further ado, here are five things I'm loving this week:
Siete Foods

You may have seen me mention this brand before, but it's worth mentioning again. Siete Foods offers so many good items that are all grain-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free. They make great tortilla wraps, cashew queso, cookies, and the delicious nacho tortilla chips pictured above. If you're looking for a dairy-free Dorito style chip, you'll absolutely love these. I get these from Whole Foods and Amazon, and you can find a local location here: https://sietefoods.com/pages/locator
Easy Lunchboxes
I've been using Easy Lunchboxes to pack my son's lunch since he was a toddler, and we both love them. He's in middle school now, but these are still our go-to for school lunches and snacks. The lids are easy for little hands to open, and the compartments keep everything well organized. We use these in the expandable lunch box from L.L. Bean, and they usually last me for a year or two. They're dishwasher safe, too, so you don't have to wash anything by hand.
The Big Book of Paleo Pressure Cooking
I bought this book when it came out in 2019, and I absolutely love it. It's written by Natalie Perry from Perry's Plate, a fantastic blog full of easy healthy recipes for busy families. The book has 150 recipes, all for your Instant Pot or pressure cooker, and all easily adaptable to meet almost any dietary needs. There are a few recipes that call for grass fed ghee (as acceptable on a Paleo diet), but that can easily be substituted with some plant based butter or oil. You'll find so many great recipes in this book, from appetizers through desserts.
Heather Robertson's YouTube Channel
If you follow me on Instagram you've probably seen this one in my stories, but I love it so much I had to share it here. I found Heather's YouTube channel when I was on the hunt to shake up my existing routine, and now I'm doing her workouts exclusively. I usually stream Beachbody videos at home, but was looking for something new after my fifth round of 80 Day Obsession. Heather's videos are fun, challenging, free, and full of upbeat dance style music. The workout times range from 10 to 60 minutes, and you'll find plenty to choose from such as hiit, strength training, stretch and mobility, yoga inspired, and ab focused workouts. If you're looking to add more movement to your day or maybe shake up your existing workouts, you'll love these. I really enjoy her yoga inspired workouts, and am currently doing her HR12Week 2.0. She also offers workout calendars and nutrition guides that can be purchased on her website.
Egg Free Banana Muffins
If you can't consume eggs or have been affected by the shortages, this recipe bakes up a delicious banana muffin that's easy to make and requires no eggs. We love these with breakfast and to pack for school snacks. You only need 8 common ingredients and a few minutes to put them together, and it's a great way to use those overripe bananas!
