This dairy-free peach crisp is a simple summer recipe and the perfect way to use up those summer fruits. I like this recipe because it uses less sugar than traditional peach crisp recipes, and the topping adds just the right amount of crunch. It’s a great for dessert, or even for breakfast with a scoop of vegan yogurt.
