  1. Broccoli littles are made in a plant that also processes milk, not guaranteed dairy free in that case. Important if the diet is not just a lifestyle choice but an actual allergy.

    My 9 year old son has been having GI issues for years and gone through many tests after his last apt we were instructed to try a dairy free diet for 30 days then repeat his labs . I was worried about what to feed an always hungry kid when every label seemed to list milk. Thanks to this great list I know have a ton of snack ideas.

  4. My major concern with an item on this list, is how can you have an oreo without creme? And last time I knew, creme was made from milk.
