If baking from scratch isn't your thing or you're short on time, you'll love this allergen-free blondie mix from Partake Foods. All you need to make these is one pouch of the mix, ½ cup of neutral-tasting oil, and ½ cup of water. Give it a mix, bake, and you have yourself some incredible, fudgy blondies.

All of the mixes from Partake are free of the top 9 allergens but you'd never know the difference between these and traditional blondies. The texture is rich, fudgy, decadent, and absolutely delicious. There's no weird, gritty texture in these like you experience with some gluten-free treats, and organic brown sugar is used which means no weird aftertastes from sugar alternatives.

I loved how quick these were to put together. Just mix the pouch with your oil and water, bake for about 25 minutes and they're done! The hardest part of making these was honestly needing to wait for them to cool because they smelled amazing and tasted even better.

These are a great option if you're looking for an easy treat to enjoy, and perfect if you need to come up with a school safe snack in a pinch. Here are the ingredients according to the package as of 4/7/22:

    • Gluten Free Flour Blend (Organic Light Buckwheat Flour, Gluten Free Oat Flour, Cassava Flour, Tapioca Flour)
    • Organic Fair Trade Cane Sugar
    • Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Cane Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter)
    • Dutched Cocoa
    • Fructose
    • Oat Fiber
    • Caramelized Cane Sugar
    • Sea Salt
    • Baking Soda

And a friendly reminder to please always check the ingredient label before purchasing products, as they often change.

Partake Foods also offers other allergen-free baking mixes including pancake and waffle mix, pizza crust, brownies, and premade cookies. I bought these on Amazon, and they can also be found on their website, at Target, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Walmart, Kroger, and Fresh Market.

Have you tried the allergen free blondies from Partake Foods?

The Blondie mix is cooling as I write this. I have one question: how do I divide an 8 X 8 size “cake” into 19 pieces? Partake’s Blondie Mix Nutrition Facts Label says it makes 19 servings, and that’s. What the nutrition facts are based upon: 1/19th of the mix. That is the craziest portion size I’ve ever heard of.

That is a pretty small portion size. 1/19th would pretty much be a bite, haha! It was more like 9-12 portions for us.
