Today we’re revisiting an old favorite: the dairy free iced mocha. I’m always looking for a pick-me-up in the afternoon, and I’m a total sucker for lattes, frappuccinos, and anything else that’s icy and coffee filled. This dairy free iced mocha whips up quickly, and is fantastic when topped with some frothy steamed coconut milk and a drizzle of dairy free chocolate syrup. It’s the perfect energy booster to get you through the final day of your crazy week. Happy Friday!
2 cups of ice
2 tablespoons cocoa or dairy free chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons sugar or agave syrup
1 1/2 cups of almond or coconut milk beverage
about two cups of HOT coffee
Put all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth, or slightly icy if you desire. Makes one large iced mocha.
