Happy Sunday! It's been 80°F here in Massachusetts this weekend and it's got me so excited for summer. This week I'm working on lighter, brighter summer foods that incorporate lots of fresh berries and crispy, healthy greens. You can expect to see more summer salads, berry crisps, and healthy kid food coming your way soon. Feel free to leave a comment below if you have any requests!
Wishing you a beautiful week with so much peace and love.

This Week's Dairy Free Favorites:
Here's a roundup of some things I'm loving this week. I hope you find your new favorite!
Aleia's Bread Crumbs (gluten free, dairy free)

The gluten free bread crumbs from Aleia's have been my go-to for a couple of years now. These work perfectly as a replacement in any recipe that calls for breadcrumbs, and the texture and flavor are the same as traditional crumbs. I met the team from Aleia's a few years back at a food allergy expo, and they were the nicest people. It made me love their products even more! Try these out in my Eggplant Sandwiches with Avocado and Tomato.
Aleia's also makes other products like cookies, croutons, and stuffing. Some items do contain milk so be sure to check the labels. You can buy these breadcrumbs on Amazon, at Whole Foods, or use their store locator to find a store near you.
Dandies Marshmallows
It's campfire season so I'm stocking up on marshmallows for roasting. While most marshmallows don't contain milk, they do usually contain ingredients I prefer not to have in my food, like artificial colors and preservatives. Dandies marshmallows are plant-based and contain no artificial colors, corn syrup, or artificial flavors. I buy these at Whole Foods and you can use their store locator here.
Olipop Prebiotic Tonic
I have a serious love for prebiotic tonics and this Ginger Lemon option from Olipop is my latest favorite. It's bubbly, flavorful, and contains only 2 grams of sugar. I love these when I'm looking to mix up my water intake, need a bubbly mocktail option, or my kiddo is asking for soda. They also have a vintage cola and tropical punch that I'm excited to try. You can find these on Amazon or use their store locator to find it near you.
Bell & Evans Gluten Free Chicken Tenders
These gluten free chicken tenders are always on hand in my freezer for crazy nights when I just don't have it in me to cook. We like to eat these all sorts of ways; on sandwiches, with french fries, and in my Crispy Southwest Salad. I usually cook these in my air fryer and they come out super crispy and juicy. I get them from Whole Foods and you can use their product locator here.
Malk Organic Almond Milk
I started buying Malk again because I just wasn't loving the ingredients of the other almond milks we were drinking. Malk has only simple ingredients like almonds, water, salt, and vanilla, and their beverages contain no oils, additives, or gums. My only issue with this product is that it's on the pricier side and the container size is too small for my family, but I always have a jar of Joi on hand if we run out. You can get this from Whole Foods or use their store locator.
What's in my shopping cart:
Ninja CREAMi
This is an ice cream machine by Ninja and it looks pretty impressive. I make homemade ice cream in my Vitamix, but this new Ninja machine looks like it churns the ice cream until it's super creamy. There are so many great nondairy ice creams on the market, but I'm not crazy about all of the additives. I'm also a sucker for a good kitchen experiment, so this one is high on my list. Let me know if you've tried it!
The Always pan
The Always Pan by Our Place is an item you've probably seen in your Instagram feed the past few years by every home and food influencer on the web. This is a pan that claims to be everything you need all in one pan; fry pan, saute pan, steamer, skillet, saucier, saucepan, nonstick pan, spatula, and spoon rest all in one. I was initially turned off by it's high price tag ($145 - insert shocked face emoji), but after talking with some friends that love the Always Pan I'm having a change of heart. I am very short on kitchen storage so mulifunctional kitchen tools are a must for me. And a built in spoon rest and the pretty colors that you can choose from are pretty tempting.
Pour Over and French Style Coffee
I have a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker and I absolutely love it. It makes regular 8-ounce cups of coffee as well as espresso, and I really enjoy the variety of flavors available. Not to mention the amazing foam that the machine pumps out on top of every coffee, similar to the foam you'd find on a cappuccino but without the milk. SO GOOD! There are some drawbacks to this machine though, so I'm considering changing things up by adding french press and pour-over style coffee to my routine.
