Allergy Friendly Blondies From Partake Foods
I finally got around to ordering some baking mixes from Partake Foods and I am so impressed. This brand makes allergy friendly products that are also vegan and free from GMO's, artificial flavors, and artificial preservatives. I made their blondies this week and was totally blown away! The mix for these blondies comes in a plastic pouch, and you just need to mix in water and oil to make the batter. It couldn't have been easier, and the result was a soft, moist, slightly chewy blondie full of chocolate chips and addicting brown sugar flavor. Needless to say, these didn't last long.
Partake also offers premade cookies and mixes for pizza, brownies, pancakes, and waffles. You can buy them on their website, on Amazon, or use their store locator.
Vybes CBD and Adaptogenic Beverages
Over the past year, I've been replacing alcoholic beverages with healthier choices like mocktails, kombucha, lemon water, and these CBD drinks from Vybes. I love these CBD drinks because they're refreshing, very tasty, and help promote mind body function. I get these at a local wellness store and also order them online direct from Vybes. You can order on their site or use their store locator here.

Oui Dairy-Free Yogurt
I've mentioned this dairy-free yogurt on the site before but I recently picked some up when I was at Target. I don't buy these often because they contain too much sugar for me, but they really are a tasty treat. Yoplait really knocked it out of the park in terms of creating a dairy-free yogurt with these. The texture is smooth and not too watery, the flavor is delicious, and the fruit on the bottom gives just the right amount of chewiness with a burst of sweet. Delicious.

Homemade Dumpling Recipe from The Kitchn
A while back I made my first ever homemade batch of pork dumplings using this recipe from The Kitchn. Although it was time-consuming, I really enjoyed making these and had a lot of fun experimenting with the various shapes and ways to pinch them closed. My pinching needs work, but the dumplings were so delicious. If you're looking for a soy-free option, this would be a great recipe to use and you could replace the soy sauce with coconut aminos. And if you're gluten-free the recipe has some suggestions for that, too. These are great as-is and would also be perfect in my Dumpling Ramen.
Dairy-Free Gluten-Free Coconut Shrimp From Whole Foods
These coconut shrimp from Royal Asia are probably one of my favorite items at Whole Foods. You can find them in the frozen food section of the store for $21.99 (as of 4/3/22), and they contain no dairy or gluten. You can bake or fry these and they're ready to eat in under 10 minutes. They're crispy, just sweet enough, and super delicious. I love to have these on hand for appetizers, after school snacks, or just when I'm craving them. They pair perfectly with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
Other things I'm loving this week:
- My kitchen need a bit of a spring refresh, and I ordered these plates from Crate & Barrel. They're a nice flat, matte white with a clean modern look.
- I just ordered these sneakers by Adidas and they are so comfortable. The sole is thick but a bit soft, giving you that "walking on a cloud" feeling.
- I took a quick trip to the Bloomingdales Outlet this week and found this pair of studded flat sandals that are so cute on. I can't wait to wear them this summer.
- I am very fair skinned and need a little help from bronzer to not look washed out. I love this one from 100% Pure because it's made from natural ingredients and gives me a bit of a glow, which is perfect for this time of year. I use the color Cocoa Gem.
