Who doesn’t love a good cinnamon bun? Unfortunately, very few of us milk free mamas have time to bake them, and the prepared versions our grocery stores offer are usually packed with dairy. I gave these dairy and gluten free buns from Udi’s a try today, and boy was I impressed. I was pleasantly surprised at how much they actually tasted like the “real” thing. The texture was perfect, the flavor was great, and my efforts to indulge were minimal. Just pop them out of the freezer and into the oven for a few minutes and enjoy.
