- 2 pounds peaches peeled, pitted, and sliced
- 1 cup oats quick cooking
- 1/2 cup gluten free flour regular, all purpose also works
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- pinch kosher salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray or grease a deep dish pie plate or 8 x 8 baking dish.
Arrange your peach slices in the bottom of your pan.
In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the peaches.
Bake for about 30 minutes, until bubbly and browned.
