Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegan Peach Crisp

The perfect way to use up those summer peaches! Serve it hot with a dollop of dairy free whipped cream or vegan vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 pounds peaches peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 1 cup oats quick cooking
  • ½ cup gluten free flour regular, all purpose also works
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • pinch kosher salt
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray or grease a deep dish pie plate or 8 x 8 baking dish.
  • Arrange your peach slices in the bottom of your pan.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the peaches.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes, until bubbly and browned.
