Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes

These air fried potatoes take just 5 minutes to prepare and are crispy, tender, and full of bold flavor. They're a great side option for your favorite meats, breakfast, or whenever you're craving something salty and fried (but want to keep it healthy).

Equipment

Ingredients
 

  • 1 ½ pounds yellow creamer potatoes baby potatoes also work
  • 1 ½ tablespoons avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • a few turns of fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • Slice your potatoes in half and put them in a large mixing bowl.
  • To your bowl, add the remaining ingredients except for the parsley.
  • Give everything a good mix until the potatoes are covered well with the spices and oil.
  • Add your potatoes to the basket of your air fryer in a single layer. You want some space around them to allow the air to circulate, which will help them get crispy.
  • Air fry for ten minutes then flip them.
  • Air fry for ten more minutes, or until the potatoes are soft and crispy.
  • Garnish with the parsley and enjoy!

Notes

If you have leftovers, pop them back in the air fryer at 400°F for a few minutes to heat up and re-crisp the skin. Microwaving them will work if you're in a pinch, but the skin will lose its crispiness.
