These air fried potatoes take just 5 minutes to prepare and are crispy, tender, and full of bold flavor. They're a great side option for your favorite meats, breakfast, or whenever you're craving something salty and fried (but want to keep it healthy).
Slice your potatoes in half and put them in a large mixing bowl.
To your bowl, add the remaining ingredients except for the parsley.
Give everything a good mix until the potatoes are covered well with the spices and oil.
Add your potatoes to the basket of your air fryer in a single layer. You want some space around them to allow the air to circulate, which will help them get crispy.
Air fry for ten minutes then flip them.
Air fry for ten more minutes, or until the potatoes are soft and crispy.
Garnish with the parsley and enjoy!

Notes
If you have leftovers, pop them back in the air fryer at 400°F for a few minutes to heat up and re-crisp the skin. Microwaving them will work if you're in a pinch, but the skin will lose its crispiness.
