Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings cleaned and patted very dry with a paper towel
  • 2 tablespoon Bragg Sprinkle
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

Instructions

  • Pat your chicken wings until they are very dry on all sides with a paper towel. This will help the skin crisp up, so don't skip this step!
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  • Put your wings in a large bowl. Drizzle in your oil, and add in your seasoning and salt. Don't overmeasure your oil or this could cause smoking in your air fryer.
  • Stir to cover the wings evenly with oil and seasoning.
  • Place your wings in your fryer basket, being sure not to crowd them. If your basket is crowded, I recommend frying them in batches. This ensures the air can circulate around the wings and will help them brown and crisp.
  • Cook the chicken wings for about 10 minutes, then flip. Cook for another 8-10 minutes until cooked through. The wings should be golden brown, crispy, and have an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to four days.
