Target has been one of my favorite places to shop for years, and their grocery options just keep getting better. They offer plenty of plant based, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten free options that are competitively priced and great options for busy families. After my last Target shopping trip I was so impressed that I decided to share my favorite dairy-free food finds!
Curry Tiger Vegan Bowl by Sweet Earth
This curry bowl is a favorite for me because I'm always looking for quick vegan options to have on hand. It's flavorful, filling, and makes for a great easy lunch.
Dairy-Free Pizzas from Daiya
Daiya has been one of my favorite dairy-free cheeses for years, and their pizzas are a great thing to have in your freezer. They taste great, and are perfect to have on hand for last minute meals. It seems like every kids birthday party we've gone to serves pizza, so this is a great option to pack and take along for your dairy-free kids.
Dairy-Free Yogurt by So Delicious
If you've been following Milk Free Mom for awhile you probably know this brand is one of my favorites. Yogurt can be a tough dairy item to replace, but So Delicious really hit it out of the park with this one.
Dairy-Free Oui by Yoplait
New in 2020, this yogurt from Yoplait is a tasty, dairy-free treat. Bonus: it comes in cute little glass pots that can be reused for your next DIY project. Read my full review here.
Sticky Rice Chips from Dang
I have a real problem with these chips. As in, "I can't stop eating them" type problem. They're sweet, crunchy, gluten-free, and sooooooooooo good. Perfect for lunchboxes, school snacks, or just because they are a DELICIOUS dairy-free food.
Non-Dairy Ice Cream Bars from Magnum
You've probably seen me post about these before, and Target has them! They're available in both classic and almond flavors, and are vegan too.
All the non-dairy milks
Inventory was a little low when I visited, but the non-dairy milk options at Target are definitely worth mentioning here. There is no shortage of options, and probably something for anyone that needs to accommodate more than just a milk intolerance or allergy.
Gluten Free Waffles from Vans
These are a great dairy-free food option to have on hand for a quick breakfast, and they also happen to be gluten free! Perfect for those busy school mornings when you wake up late.
Dairy-Free Burritos from Amy's
Amy's is another one of my go-to brands, and you'll be seeing them again later in this list. These burritos are delicious, filling, and make a great option for a quick lunch or after school snack. They also happen to be vegan!
Health-Ade Kombucha
Kombucha seems to be one of those things that you love or you hate. I love the stuff, and this brand is by far my favorite. It's a bubbly kombucha, which I love to serve myself in a wine glass at the end of the day. There are a variety of flavors, and the Ginger-Lemon and Pink Lady Apple are my favorites.
Dairy-Free popcorn from SkinnyPop
We love this popcorn in our house. Our little guy loves it for school snacks, and I love it because it's non-gmo, and the ingredient list is short. I may or may not have smuggled a few bags of this in to the movie theater as a butter-free alternative. I won't tell if you don't.
Hummus from Sabra
I love hummus, and this flavor is my latest obsession. There are lots of other flavor options available if this isn't your thing, and Target also has quite a few gluten and dairy free chip and cracker options too!
Dairy-Free Mac and Cheese from Amy's
As promised, Amy's makes the list again with their dairy-free Mac and Cheeze. It's pretty difficult to pull off a mac and cheese that's dairy, soy, and gluten free, AND actually tastes good. Amy's managed to do it!
Target also has plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables to chose from, which are my favorite go-to, healthy snacks. I do wish they had more options for dairy-free butter and chees, but there are plenty of other milk-free options to shop from!
