If figuring out what to eat every day feels like a full-time job, this 7-day dairy-free and gluten-free meal plan is here to make the week a little easier.

This isn't a plan that expects you to cook three brand-new recipes every day. I don't meal plan that way at home, and I don't think you should have to either.
Instead, this week uses a realistic mix of:
- easy dairy-free and gluten-free recipes
- planned leftovers
- make-ahead breakfasts
- simple meals that barely need a recipe
- one use-what-you-have night
- family-friendly shortcuts
The goal is simple: eat well without spending your entire week cooking.
You'll notice that I intentionally repeat some meals and ingredients throughout the week. That's part of the plan! Cooking once and eating twice helps save time, reduce food waste, and take some of the mental load out of figuring out what to feed everyone.
Is This Meal Plan Dairy-Free and Gluten-Free?
Yes, this meal plan is designed to be dairy-free and gluten-free.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This meal plan is provided for general educational and informational purposes only and is not intended to provide medical advice or a personal nutrition plan. Individual nutrition needs vary, so please consult your physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional if you have specific medical concerns, medical conditions, food allergies, intolerances, or other dietary needs. Always read ingredient labels carefully, as product formulations and manufacturing practices can change, and choose products and preparation methods that are appropriate for your individual needs.
How to Use This 7-Day Meal Plan
Don't feel like you have to follow the plan perfectly.
Move meals around. Swap vegetables. Use the fruit your family likes. Choose beef or turkey burgers. Add a simple side if someone is extra hungry.
You'll also see a few different types of meals throughout the plan:
RECIPE - A complete recipe you can find here on MilkFreeMom.
LEFTOVERS - Intentionally planned so you can cook once and eat twice.
EASY MEAL - A simple combination of foods that doesn't really require a recipe.
USE WHAT YOU HAVE - A night to eat leftovers and use up food before buying or cooking more.
This flexibility is what makes meal planning sustainable for my family.
