Easy Dairy-Free Pasta & Sausage
48 oz marinara sauce
1 lb ground sausage (sweet italian sausage is kid approved in our house)
16 oz box of pasta (I used farfalle)
chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Cook your pasta according to the package directions and drain. In a large, deep skillet, brown your sausage over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and stir in your marinara sauce. Cook over low heat for at least 20 minutes (the longer it cooks the more flavorful it will be).
Stir in your cooked pasta, garnish with parsley, and serve.
